Terms of Service

These terms are between you and Card Flipper Pro (Michael Houck), based in New York, USA ("we"), who runs CardFlip Pro. By creating an account you agree to them. You must be at least 18 years old to use the app.

CardFlip Pro is in a free public beta. Features may change, break, or be removed, and the service may be interrupted. Keep your own copy of important records — you can export your inventory and sales as CSV at any time.

Nothing is charged during the beta. Paid plans shown on the pricing page are planned and cannot be bought yet. If paid plans launch, you will be shown the price and terms before you can buy.

Values, price suggestions, sell/hold/watch ratings and popularity reports are your own estimates or AI-generated estimates. They are not live market data, appraisals, grading predictions or financial or tax advice. Check them yourself before buying or selling. Profit figures depend on what you enter.

Keep your sign-in details secure; you're responsible for activity on your account. You keep ownership of the photos and information you add. You let us store and process them only to run the app for you. Only upload photos you have the right to use.

• Don't use the app for anything illegal, fraudulent or misleading.
• Don't try to access other users' data or disrupt the service.
• Don't scrape, overload or reverse engineer the service, or get around plan limits.

The Community Guidelines explain how to treat other members and list cards fairly — the same rules apply here.

We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

You can stop using the app at any time and ask for your account to be deleted through Beta feedback. See the Privacy Policy for what is deleted.

The beta is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or that any estimate or suggestion is accurate.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (which is zero during the free beta).
